EBN- Getting Started with EBN

The Court makes use of EBN Phase I services through the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC). The EBN Phase I Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) option is geared to high-volume institutional recipients of BNC computer-generated notices (e.g., the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, financial institutions and large retail chains). The two EBN Phase II services (E-Mail and FAX transmittal methods) are intended for use by non-institutional recipients, such as members of the Bar, trustees and creditors. Please review the linked documents and other information provided below. Once you have done so, please click the "How to Sign Up" link, which also is located below. The BNC provides toll free help desk support for all aspects of EBN at 877-837-3424.

Note: Redundancy Mode - During the first thirty (30) days of EBN service, participants will receive both paper notices and EDI, E-Mail or FAX transmittals (depending on the method chosen). The redundancy mode automatically will be discontinued at the end of this thirty-day (30) period unless otherwise agreed upon by the recipient and the BNC.
