Third-Party Complaint

There is no filing fee for a "Third-Party Complaint". A Third-Party Complaint is docketed in the adversary proceeding as follows: From the CM/ECF Menu, select Adversary, then select the category Amended Complaint/3rd/Cross/Counter. Select Third-Party Complaint from the list of events. Upon receipt of the Third-Party Complaint entry, the clerk's office will docket the third party summons for the third-party plaintiff to serve.
