New Form for Chapter 13 Plan and Related Motions Effective September 1, 2006

All Chapter 13 Plans and Related Motions must be filed on the revised form approved by the Court for use in the Eastern District of Virginia in all chapter 13 cases pending on September 1, 2006, or filed after that date pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 3015-2(F)(1)(c) and (F)(2)(b). The first page of the plan has been revised to include the date, time, and place of the confirmation hearing when a modified plan is being filed. A copy of the revised plan may be obtained from the Court's web site at http://www.vaeb.uscourts.gov under Bankruptcy Forms.
