New Exhibit D to Official Form 1 -- EDVA Modification Effective October 1, 2006

Effective October 1, the court adopted the amendment to Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1007(b)(3) and (c), without change, as recommended by the Judicial Conference of the United States. See the public notice announcing the court's entry of Standing Order No. 06-7 on the court's web site under "VAEB News" at http://www.vaeb.uscourts.gov/. The amendment is intended to operate along with the Judicial Conference's adoption of the amendments to Official Form 1, the voluntary petition. This includes a new Exhibit D to Official Form 1.

Also, effective October 1, 2006, the court entered Standing Order No. 06-8, which amended the court's Interim Procedure 1007-1(J) to conform to the court's adoption of Interim Rule 1007(b)(3) and (c). A public notice regarding this standing order's entry has been placed on the court's web site as well. In addition, this standing order adopted a slightly modified version of the new Exhibit D to Official Form 1. The Comments to the amended Interim procedure provides additional information regarding the changes to the exhibit as does the above referenced public notice.
