Q: Why don't I have all the options when I log into the CM/ECF system?

A: You may have logged in using your Pacer login first, which limits your access to CM/ECF.

Log out of CM/ECF and close out your browser. Reopen your browser, clear cache (or delete temporary internet files if using Internet Explorer) and re-login using your CM/ECF login first. You should have all options available to you now.
