| • proceeds or uncashed dividend checks from bankruptcy cases | ||
| • unclaimed seaman's effects | ||
| • dividends from stock certificates seized by federal agencies | ||
| • criminal restitution or other fines may not have been claimed by the parties, agencies, next of kin, or other recipients entitled to them | ||

Beginning January 1, 2002, all Reports of Deposit of Unclaimed Funds filed in electronic cases will be available in the court's Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system. | |
