Announcement

For the Court’s Norfolk and Newport News Divisions only, the Court has issued combined Norfolk-Newport News Standing Order 20-4 in furtherance of the Court’s efforts to minimize the number of hearings held and to enable parties to appear remotely at any required hearings. A second amended temporary hearing protocol is attached to combined Norfolk-Newport News Standing Order 20-4 as Exhibit A—Second Amended Norfolk and Newport News Hearing Protocol. The Second Amended Protocol is effective beginning today, December 2, 2020, and will remain in effect until further notice. Please read combined Norfolk-Newport News Standing Order No. 20-4. That Order and its accompanying exhibit can be viewed on the Court’s internet web site’s home page, under Virginia Eastern News, and is accessible at https://www.vaeb.uscourts.gov.
