By 5:00 P.M., Local Time, February 7, 2022, the Court invites public comments on proposed amendments to its Local Rules Exhibit 15, as to Procedures for Complex Cases in the Eastern of Virginia, a proposed new Exhibit 16, as to Procedures for Assignment and Administration of “Mega Cases” in the Eastern District of Virginia, and a proposed conforming revision to the referenced Local Rules. Further information is set forth in the Public Notice inviting comments. The Court thanks its Mega Case Local Rules Advisory Committee for the Committee’s work in preparing its proposals.
