On December 6th, 2021, at approximately 2 PM, the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court will be transitioning to a new internet website. This new website, which will continue to be located at www.vaeb.uscourts.gov, will have the same information and functionality as the old site, but with improvements to its site-searching performance as well as to the overall look-and-feel of the site. This rollout may take several hours, during which users will continue to have access to the legacy site.
