Temporary Emergency Provisions Regarding ZoomGov Remote Proceeding Access Information (Click Here)

Pursuant to Standing Order No. 20-10, effective Monday, March 30, 2020, temporarily, the Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office public areas are closed at each courthouse location. Unrepresented persons may use the Bankruptcy drop box located at the Alexandria, Norfolk, and Richmond divisions’ courthouses to deposit documents for filing and properly submitted payments. Clerk’s Office staff will retrieve documents from the drop boxes at 9:00 a.m., each business day. Standing Order 20-9, also effective Monday, March 30, 2020, establishes a temporary protocol for filings in Bankruptcy cases by unrepresented (pro se) persons.
