For the Court’s Alexandria Division only, a Standing Order, dated today, March 17, 2022, has been issued as a consequence of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Based on guidance received by the Court, as a further interim emergency measure, the Protocol Period referenced in the Order is extended further, as provided for therein, after March 31, 2022, through June 30, 2022.
