Effective February 3, 2025, all orders presented in Chapter 13 cases assigned to the Richmond Visiting Judges must be endorsed by the Chapter 13 Trustee. When the Chapter 13 Trustee is not the proponent of the order, the order should reflect the nature of the Chapter 13 Trustee’s endorsement (“seen,” “seen and agreed,” “seen and objected to,” etc.). If an order presented in a Chapter 13 case is not endorsed by the Chapter 13 Trustee, it will not be entered unless the Court has specifically excused requirement in a particular matter.
