Through the entry of Standing Order 23-21, Order Authorizing Backdating of Certain Filings, provision is made for the backdating of certain filings, as set forth more specifically in the Order. This need results from two CM/ECF system outages that occurred Friday, October 6, 2023. For those affected, please read the Order carefully and follow the directions provided therein.
