Effective December 1, 2022, Congress has taken no action on the proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Appellate, Bankruptcy, Civil, and Criminal Procedure adopted by the United States Supreme Court and transmitted to Congress on April 11, 2022. Under the Rules Enabling Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2071-75, the affected rules are set forth in the attached Public Notice. In addition, three amended official bankruptcy forms also became effective on December 1, 2022. The Public Notice provides additional information of interest.
