On April 1, 2022, adjustments to the dollar amounts stated in various provisions of the Bankruptcy Code and one provision in Title 28 of the United States Code will go into effect. In addition, on that date, as well, a dollar adjustment will take place as provided for in Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-2. The Public Notice provides additional information of interest.
