More Please be advised that the Court has developed the following new paperless – text-only event code in the Case Management/Electronic Case Files System: “Clerk’s Denial of Motion for entry of default.” This new event code will be used by the Clerk’s Office: (1) to notify the party seeking default that a default has not been entered by the Clerk; and (2) for internal notification purposes. The text entry will read: “Having reviewed the Motion for Entry of Default, the Clerk does not enter default.” Use of this new event code takes effect November 13, 2023.
