The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved several inflation-based adjustments to the Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule effective as of December 1, 2023. A Public Notice, to this effect, together with an attached listing of the affected numbered items, is accessible on the Court’s internet website’s home page under the News & Announcements header. The Bankruptcy Court Miscellaneous Fee Schedule last was adjusted for inflation on December 1, 2020.
