The Judicial Conference Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure has approved publication for public comment of proposed amendments to existing rules and several Bankruptcy Official Forms, as well as one new rule. The referenced rules and forms are set forth in a Public Notice, dated today, which is accessible on the Court’s internet website’s home page under the Virginia Eastern News header. The public comment period opened today and will close on February 16, 2024. The public notice includes a link to the uscourts.gov website page that provides information regarding the proposals and supporting materials.
