Don't Have an Attorney
| If you are filing a bankruptcy petition to delay or stop a foreclosure proceeding or for some other emergency purpose, the eSR filing process is not the best option for you. The clerk’s office will delay the official filing of your case until the court receives the additional required documents necessary to complete your filing.
