Adjustment of Dollar Amounts Statement Under Local Bankruptcy Rules

Pursuant to the Local Bankruptcy Rule provisions listed below, as directed by the Court, the Clerk periodically shall publish and update an Adjustment of Dollar Amounts statement, which is made available on the Court’s internet web site.

1.  Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1(A) Compensation of Professionals — Effective January 1, 2024: A hearing is required on any application for compensation for professionals in excess of $6,637.

2. Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-1(C) For Debtor’s Attorney in Chapter 13 Case — Effective January 1, 2024:

A.  Paragraph (C)(1) Generally (a):  The fee shall not exceed $6,637.
B.  Paragraph (C)(3) Amount of “No-Look” Fee Specified under Subparagraphs (C)(1)(a) and (C)(3)(a):  The fee shall not exceed $6,637.

3.  Local Bankruptcy Rule 2016-2 Administrative Claims of Entities other than Professionals — Effective April 1, 2022: The amount for (1) reasonable and necessary administrative expenses in an aggregate amount shall not exceed $4,450.
