General Order 22-1is Vacated effective August 19, 2022. The Protocol Concerning Motions Practice, effective August 19, 2022, is appended to General Order 22-2. As set forth at the Protocol’s paragraph 10: “Notice of Hearings. In light of the foregoing, Standing Order  21-12 no longer applies to hearings in the Richmond Division.” This and other requirements, as set forth in the Protocol, should be read carefully. General Order 22-2 and its appended Protocol are accessible on the Court’s internet website under the News & Announcements header.
