Please be advised of the entry of Norfolk/Newport News Standing Order 25-1, which implements a protocol that is effective immediately and applicable to hearings in the Norfolk and Newport News Divisions scheduled for October 28, 2025, and on all dates thereafter until Congress appropriates funds for the Judiciary.
