EDVA Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBR) Revision-New LBR 1075-2 Adopting Exhibit 16 Thereto—“Procedures for Assignment and Administration of ‘Mega Cases’ in the Eastern in the Eastern District of Virginia” in addition to amendments to Exhibit 15—“Procedures for Complex Chapter 11 Cases in the Eastern District of Virginia”, LBR 1007-1(H)(1), LBR 5005-1(B), and 9019-1(J). LBR 1075-2 and Exhibit 16 applies prospectively from today’s date. The referenced LBRs and Exhibit 15 amendments, where appropriate, apply to all pending and future cases.
