Standing Order 24-3, Order Establishing Temporary Protocol for Filings in Bankruptcy Cases During the Data Migration Period.

The Court has entered Standing Order 24-3, Order Establishing Temporary Protocol for Filings in Bankruptcy Cases During the Data Migration Period. The Order has been “issued due to the impending migration of the Court’s data to version 1.7.1.1 of the Bankruptcy Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) System.” Commencing at 6:00 P.M., EST, on February 22, 2024, through and including February 27, 2024, access to the NextGen CM/ECF System will be shut down by the Court.  At some point, on February 27, 2024, access likely will be restored to the Court’s data. The standing order provides additional important information of interest, which should be read carefully.

 Up to and including the data migration period, please periodically check the Court’s internet website’s NextGen Information web page for additional updates.
