The Court has entered Standing Order 25-2, Order Establishing Temporary Protocol for Filings in Bankruptcy Cases During the Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) System upgrade to version 1.8.1. Commencing at 6:00 P.M., EST, on February 14, 2025, through and including February 17, 2025, access to the NextGen CM/ECF System will be shut down by the Court. At some point, on February 18, 2025, access likely will be restored to the Court’s system. The standing order provides additional important information. An announcement will be made on the website as well as through our GovDelivery service when access is fully restored.
