Effective June 1, 2023, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia will discontinue the use of public drop boxes in the Alexandria, Richmond, and Norfolk divisions.  All matters needing to be filed in person should be filed directly with the Clerk's Office in the respective division.  The public drop box will remain in
place in the Newport News division.
