Order Rescinding Standing Orders entered by the Judges of the Norfolk and Newport Divisions on September 1, 1994, are rescinded effective immediately. Both orders, which set forth procedures for adding creditors in no asset bankruptcy cases, have been rescinded as the procedures set forth therein have not been utilized for many years and do not accurately reflect present requirements.
