Standing Order: COVID-19-Related Alexandria Division Only Standing Order: Continued Bankruptcy Court Operation under the Protocol in Response to Public Health Emergency

For the Court’s Alexandria Division only, a Standing Order, dated today, December 15, 2022, has been issued as a consequence of the outbreak of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia. Based on guidance received by the Court, as a further interim emergency measure, the Protocol Period referenced in the Order is extended further, as provided for therein, after December 31, 2022, through March 31, 2023.
